WEICON is growing and growing – our company now has eleven branches on all continents of the world. Almost 400 employees work for WEICON worldwide. Around 260 employees from 25 different nations work at our headquarters in Münster alone. In addition, 20 motivated young talents are currently completing their training with us.

In good hands right from the start
At WEICON, you will receive a warm welcome from day one! Every new employee – regardless of their position – goes through a four-week induction period. During this time, you will not only familiarise yourself with your own tasks, but also gain exciting insights into various areas of the company. This allows you to familiarise yourself with our fields of activity and colleagues and make you feel part of the team right from the start.
